The 7th edition of the Qatar International Arts Festival (QIAF 2025) came to a close on December 12, 2025, leaving behind the familiar afterglow that settles over Doha each year when hundreds of artists disperse, carrying new friendships, ideas, and inspirations with them. For a week, the festival transformed Qatar’s cultural landscape into a crossroads of imagination, drawing creators from more than seventy countries into a shared space of dialogue and discovery.
Held at Katara Cultural Village—specifically within the welcoming halls of Building 12—the festival unfolded as a vibrant sequence of exhibitions, live painting sessions, workshops, conferences, panel conversations, cultural tours, and even fashion shows. Each day offered its own rhythm, its own constellation of voices and visions.
